Before you write about an alignment
It helps enormously to know: what the source of the score was (MIDI, MusicXML, written here), roughly how long the recording is, and which bars came out wrong. If you can export the .notera project and send it, that is the fastest possible route to a fix.
Refunds
Within 14 days of buying, write and say so — no interrogation. Since the whole app runs before you pay, there should rarely be a reason, but the door is open.
Billing
Payments and invoices are handled by Dodo Payments as merchant of record. For an invoice copy or a VAT question, write to us and we will point you at the right place.
